Kathy has been a full-time Realtor licensed since 1997, is a certified RRES (Residential Real Estate Specialist), and is sincerely interested in serving your housing needs. She’s had the opportunity of serving over 2,500 satisfied clients and has received the very prestigious honor of being named a 5-Star Realtor in Customer Service by St. Louis Homes Magazine since 2006. She was also inducted into the Coldwell Banker Realty - Gundaker Hall of Fame in 2022. The multi-tasking and organizational abilities that are natural for Kathy were greatly honed during her 16 years as a stay-at-home mom of six very active home schooled children.
Helping a family find the perfect housing choice for their needs is a very strong motivator for our Team. Or, assisting a family in selling their home with as smooth a transition as possible continues to inspire her. She believes there is no greater professional reward than a satisfied client who is grateful for the service they have received and she appreciates having the honor of working side-by-side with her family.
Don was a Corporate Tax Accountant for over 28 years and has a B. S. in Accounting. He worked for almost 20 years at Emerson Electric and was most recently a Senior Tax Manager for KPMG Public Accounting Firm. The detail and statistical nature of this field was an excellent background for the contractual side of real estate. He has been a full-time licensed Realtor since 2003 and is a certified RRES (Residential Real Estate Specialist). Along with Kathy, Don has been honored by St. Louis Homes Magazine as a 5-Star Realtor in Customer Service since 2006.
Don's favorite part of being a Realtor is working with people. After so many years behind the books, he’s enjoying developing relationships with those he serves. With a sense of humor and just a little tongue in check, Don “wants to learn how to weave more golf outings into his business plan.
Joan has been a full time Realtor for 30 years, obtaining her Broker's License in 1992. She is a Certified e-pro for electronic marketing through the National Association of Realtors and is certified as a First Time Buyer Coach for both new home owners and those who have not been through the home purchasing process in many years. Joan has been honored by St Louis Magazine as a 5 Star Realtor in customer service and has been a recipient of Coldwell Banker Gundaker's Presidents Award in customer service.
Joan was born and raised in the St Louis area and received her Bachelor’s degree from Webster University. She has been married to Jeff Miller for 22 years. Joan is very family oriented and loves assisting other families in finding that special place to call home. Her goal is to provide full service and make the experience less stressful and more fun and rewarding!

Being married with four grown kids, he completely understands the demands of family life and he knows how difficult it is to balance work, kids, home upkeep and a little play time. Hank has lived his entire life in St. Louis. He grew up in North County and then moved to Chesterfield with his wife, Lisa, and children. Several years ago, Hank and Lisa relocated to The Hill in St. Louis City and loves living there.
He has a BS in Engineering (Missouri S T) and an MBA from Lindenwood. For over 25 years, Hank worked in various steel manufacturing and sales positions around the St. Louis area. He entered real estate and obtained his license in 2017. Along with his brother-in-law, he started a personal business to purchase, rehab and resell properties. After 3 years he started specializing serving individual buyers and sellers, working as a full-time Realtor. Hank joined Coldwell Banker Realty-Gundaker in March of 2021.
Using his sales professional and rehabber skill set, he is competent, skillful, and works with the highest level of integrity. Hank’s goal is simple: to create a high-quality real estate experience for each client, processing through all elements of complex transactions to make sure each step goes smoothly.
